Helping You or Someone You Love Break Free From Addiction—With Knowledge, Experience, and Care That Doesn’t Quit
If you or someone you love is battling addiction, you don’t have to face it alone. Recovery is possible—and Benji Arboneaux is here to help guide you toward it.
Benji is a Family Nurse Practitioner who is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. With over 15 years of experience in addiction medicine, he’s worked in both inpatient detox units and outpatient treatment settings throughout the Greater Baton Rouge area. He’s seen addiction in all its forms—and more importantly, he’s seen what healing can look like.
At MAT’s Clinic, Benji combines clinical excellence with deep compassion. He helps patients access evidence-based treatments like Suboxone and Naltrexone, and works closely with the care team to ensure each person receives the dignity, respect, and individualized care they deserve.
His training is extensive—he holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Old Dominion University, and an MBA. But what truly sets Benji apart is his heart for people. He listens. He encourages. He believes that no one is beyond help—and that with the right support, second chances are real.
Whether you’re starting treatment for the first time or returning to recovery, Benji will meet you where you are—with calm, steady guidance every step of the way.
His mission is simple:
To help patients find freedom, healing, and hope—through expert care, compassionate service, and unwavering support.
